Huskerpapa Posted March 15, 2016 Report Posted March 15, 2016 He looks like a stud. I think we are going to like this kid. Quote
Norm Peterson Posted March 16, 2016 Report Posted March 16, 2016 Is it just me or does his body style/play kinda look a bit like Denzel Valentines? Same program but feel his game, body type, etc reminds me more of this former Spartan. How many people saw the Draymond Green photo and instantly became even more enthusiastic about this Horne kid? (Raises hand) Quote

How many people saw the Draymond Green photo and instantly became even more enthusiastic about this Horne kid?(Raises hand) What's crazy is how similar they are at the same stage. Same height, almost same weight, similar skill set at this time, heck almost identical rating on Rivals. If he even comes close to half of what Draymond did I would be ecstatic. Quote
colhusker Posted March 17, 2016 Report Posted March 17, 2016 CWG, I think you're absolutely right about that, and I don't think you have to go back to a year or two ago. I think if you look at pictures from this summer and compare to recent photos (which I would post if I knew how -- I'll try, though) you'll see a guy who looks slimmed down. No wonder colhusker thought he looked thinner in person. Then: (The picture won't post, but imagine someone who looks decidedly rounder.) Now: Maybe that is why Norm, I was expecting a bigger kid. khoock Posted March 22, 2016 Report Posted March 22, 2016 Physically, he looks a lot better than I was anticipating. Is he mainly a PF or do we think he could play the 3 too? Quote

Now, if only Jeriah's last name was Red. curious what jeriah's wingspan is. draymond has 7'1.25 wingspan which allows him to play basically any position on the court. Quote
uneblinstu Posted March 26, 2016 Report Posted March 26, 2016 I'm glad to hear Miles can beat Bruce Weber for a recruit. Quote
jimmykc Posted March 26, 2016 Report Posted March 26, 2016 and that Lincoln might be a little more attractive to a recruit than the Little Apple. Quote
colhusker Posted April 1, 2016 Report Posted April 1, 2016 If he doesn't win it, it had better go to Michael Porter, if not, I want a revote Quote
Norm Peterson Posted April 8, 2016 Report Posted April 8, 2016 You know who else once won the DiRenna Award? Congrats Jeriah! Following in _____________'s footsteps. (Hint: His name rhymes with Kenny Snarker) Quote
