A list of available transfers 6'8" or higher with immediate eligibility

Emmanuel Addo, 6-8, F, Jr., Northern Colorado (can play immediately)

Tarik Black, 6-9, PF, Jr., Memphis (likely will graduate)

Josh Davis, 6-8, PF, Jr., Tulane (can play immediately)

Osas Ebmomwani, 6-11, C, Jr., Lamar (will graduate)

Moussa Gueye, 7-0, C, Jr., Alabama (will graduate)

Mike Moser, 6-8, F, Jr., UNLV (will graduate)

David Pellom, 6-8, F, Sr., George Washington (can play immediately)

Id love to get Mike Moser personally.  He kind of fell off this season compared to his sophomore year when people thought he may leave for the NBA.  Watched him a lot in high school and would love to get him.  He'd be similar to a Sai Tummala size wise but has proven himself at a high level.

I hadn't seen others post this, but according to ESPN, "Darius Paul also had offers from Florida, Iowa State, Marquette, Miami (Fla.), Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada and others since receiving his release from Western Michigan."

He is visiting Illinois this weekend, or at least within the past few days. It will be interesting to see if it goes beyond that visit.

Thanks.

I would guess than, that Darius' destination was probably pretty much decided before he even announced he was transferring.

From what I understand, Groce likes to skirt around the gray area of recruiting, so this isn't a surprise at all.

Maybe another reason we are happy with Tim.

DeVon Walker, a 6-6 freshman small forward for Florida, is transferring. He was Rivals' 142nd ranked player in 2012. He played about 4 minutes a game for the Gators.

Maybe we can add another ex-Gator to the program.

doubtful a kid that grew up in florida is going to transfer out of the southeast.  All the schools he considered out of HS were southeastern schools (except for Kstate).  He'll stay down south.

Since we have this type of player/position well covered...although he may be a great athlete, this is still not what we are looking for.

saw him play at the Nike Global Challange. He was a stud shooting the rock in transition and was great getting to the rack.

If he can play, then i would be happy if we went out and got him. He might not necessarily put up amazing numbers for us, but he has playing experience in a good conference and he will at least hold his own out there and provide size
