We have to play more than 16 minutes of basketball regardless of the officiating, as bad as a couple calls/non-calls were.

How in the fuck does Brice not demand the ball at the end of the game. He points to throw the ball in to Hoiberg. What BS!!! Demand the damn ball and put the team on your back. Instead we get a 3 from Morgan??!!! FFS!!!! 
 

As brutal as this loss was, the Huskers got exactly what they deserved with the game they played.

I see the reports regarding the awful things some Kansas fans are saying about certain Jayhawk players after yesterday's game and I'm hoping we can all remember to keep our comments respectful that these guys are normal human beings like you and I. Just because they may not be Michael Jordan level of athletes doesn't mean they aren't trying their asses off to win for ole NU.

I agree, they are still just kids playing a kids game.  I try not to get too upset…

While I disagree with saying things to anyone like what has been said (regardless of whether they are kids or not), I do struggle sometimes these days saying "they are just kids". Today's group of college athletes can be as old as 25+ and earning 7 figures. That's not "just a kid" in my eyes anymore. Back in the day when it was an 18, 19, 20 year old doing nothing but trying to earn a degree and play ball for your uni... maybe. Now it's a business and it's hard viewing them as "just kids" now.

 

But still it shouldn't matter whether it's someone playing college ball or someone working in the corporate world. You don't send messages like what was sent.
