Shooting 18.6% from 3 this season. Wonder if it's any better had he played for us

Team as a whole over there is worse shooting the 3 than us, which is saying something. I think it would've been better had he been here, but probably low-mid 30%.

Think Frankie is a good example of sometimes players are just where they're supposed to be, and the grass isn't always greener when you try and trade off current happiness for more money on a bigger brand. Lotta empty promises exchanged in the offseason in this current CBB landscape.

Depends on how you define success because he's going to the NCAA tourney this year

I go to alot of Summit league games here in KC. Kind of crazy how much talent from that league goes to bigger schools. Maybe a better league than I thought?

Definitely more of a top tier mid-major league than not. Shoot-- some of those teams have historically gotten what? 11/12 seeds in the not so distant past? A lot of good individual players for sure.

Schierman came from that league.  So did KU’s main guard.  Greisel and Andrew Morgan too.

KU got Zeke Mayo from South Dakota St. I saw him play in the Big Dance last year, he's really good. Same place that Baylor Scheierman played his first 3 years of college.

Greisel and Morgan both came from North Dakota St. Alabama got Nelson from NDSU a year ago, and he's done well in the SEC.
