I can envision a statue of KT and Sammy Hoiberg huggin' as they walk down the court, in celebration of Nebrasketball winnin' in the Big Dance. It would be an epic depiction out front of PBA. Wouldn't that be a amazing story to tell those grandkiddos?

Japan's time zone is 15 hours ahead of CT. So 1 of 2 things happened:

 

1. He either celebrated taking shots....just the ones that are not with a basketball, or

2. He shot lights out earlier in the day on his birthday but when tipoff happened it was already the next day in Japan

 

These are clearly the only two possibilities.
