Feels like it was a mutually disappointing season for both party’s….we probably dance if he played here this season

From what I was just told, sounds like it will be announced yet this week that he is coming back to NU.

Lawrence will add depth. Looking at his stats at URI, reasonable expectations would be he serves a similar role as he did in ‘23-‘24 for us?

Think Sam H. has been chatting with him throughout the season. The rumors started quietly swirling in Feb.

As of now he starts and plays 30+

Yeah, definitely more minutes and a bit higher usage. Nice thing is, the ball doesn't stick in his hands as he's a quick decision maker. He's one of my favorite Huskers of the Hoiberg era. Not an all-conference player, but can certainly be a valuable player on a very good team.

Man, I truly believe if JL had never left, NU would have been dancin' this season. I guess the next best thing is to have that happen NEXT season with JL at the helm. GBR

I don’t disagree on the dancing part.   I don’t want him at the helm though (if you’re referring to PG)

I have no issues with that.  He strikes me as a great team player.   He just shouldn’t be the primary point guard here next year.  He’s an ideal starting SG

Loved him here a little disappointed he never turned the corner few years ago I thought he was going to be a hell of a player. Still a solid player
