Cheatham is 6'-5" 195# guard from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He averaged 13.2 pts 4.8 reb 2 ast last season (in only 10 games). He played 70 games for Marquette prior to that while averaging 10.2 ppg.

Any idea if he had shoulder surgery? Sounds like that was his issue at FGCU.  I read somewhere where the coach said he was injured the whole time because it would pop out of place every week.

Didnt Brad Davison at Wisconsin have the same issue? He wore a special brace/shirt his freshman year.

The Ballock kid at Creighton, I believe, had shoulder issues in high school, which I understood caused some blue blood programs to back off of him.  He's done pretty well since.
