Iowa's non-con schedule ... It's like the SWAC/MEAC challenge, with a couple of in-state games thrown in. Plus, their first two conference games are at home against PSU and at Indiana. Look for Hawkeye hype come January. They should be 16-2 heading into Jan. 20 home game against Purdue.

That's what happens when you become a football school.

Ha!

Here's a minor point in defense of our Iowa St. scrimmage result:  Cameron Lard (F) played against us -- and he hasn't played in a game since.

In our scrimmage, Cameron Lard had 13 points on 5-8 from the field (no 3 attempts) and 3-5 from the line, with 6 rebounds and 5 blocks.

But still . . .

Nebraska isn't in the same UNIVERSE as Duke and MSU, let alone on anything even remotely resembling the same level.  WOW!

This could easily be a preview of the National Championship game.

Jordy ,Isaach, Duby, Isiah and the rest of the Big Red better be ready for MSU and their big guys, cuz they can flat out PLAY. Smooth, run the floor, agile Alot of the things will have to go right to get that win.
