AuroranHusker Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 In case you're wondering: Champlin Park High School 6025 109th Avenue NorthChamplin, Minnesota, 55316 Quote
AuroranHusker Posted December 16, 2015 Author Report Posted December 16, 2015 53.7% 3PT Yep, I'm sure that got Nebraska's and Wisconsin's attention. Quote
TheKamdyMan Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 53.7% 3PT and its 29/54 over 11 games so almost 5 attempts per game. Quote
Norm Peterson Posted December 16, 2015 Report Posted December 16, 2015 Miles loves his shooters! He does? I've been thinking one of our problems is we haven't had enough guys willing to take open shots. Quote

If so, he's immediately eligible as a sophomore next fall. Otherwise, he's not eligible until he graduates. Quote

Huskerpapa Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 6'5" and 170lbs. Not exactly a Big Ten type of body yet....of course we could say that about Mr. Roby as well. Quote

gobigredbrah Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 I trust coach gard, UW has been one of the best at evaluating talent Quote
gobigredbrah Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Just watched his highlights. On a completely different level compared to arop, sometimes I wonder why miles offered him so early? 3 spots open for that 2017 recruiting class w/ tai, AW3 graduating. Only 2 spots if Miles finds another player to sign for the 2016 recruiting class. Arop has the first spot. Quote

Because Miles reads the board and knows that if we didn't offer him and he went to some in state school and succeeded then the board would implode! Huskerpapa Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Umm, my comment about his weight that I made a few minutes ago...uhhh, never mind. The dude is a baller. Shoot, he is a Ray Allen clone. Quote

Fullbacksympathy Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Wow.. looks like he could be a big PG to me. Quote
Dead Dog Alley Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 His highlights were not what I was expecting from his bio, thought he'd be a skinnier Nathan Hawkins. Instead he might be a taller Hersey Hawkins. Okay, maybe not quite that level, but wow. Quote
colhusker Posted December 17, 2015 Report Posted December 17, 2015 Dang the not only does the kid never miss, the guys he passes to never miss! Sign him up! Quote

So youre comparing a kids senior highlight film to a kid thats a few games into his junior year coming off of a major injury that caused him to miss his entire sophomore season. Got it, thats all I need to know. hhcmatt, throwback and bobcat402 3 Quote
busticket Posted December 18, 2015 Report Posted December 18, 2015 I believe the PG he was playing with (JT Gibson) is a freshman at Omaha this year. Quote

AuroranHusker Posted December 22, 2015 Author Report Posted December 22, 2015 I'm very intrigued by this prospect. A major upgrade is in order after a few years of inconsistent play at the QB of the offense. Gotta get better at PG, at all levels of the depth chart. Watson seems to be a good one, perhaps Bakari could be (with work). Whoever comes in to replace Benny will clearly be a better offensive performer at the B1G level, I'd imagine. Quote
