AuroranHusker Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 The Decision part 2? Â The Cornish Corn-Decision Quote
nuled2dance Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 Yes I was tweeting with him. I went to Brother Martin..his civics teacher coach Lupo was my civics teacher. He asked me about the weather said I love Nebraska. Wished him the best either way he decides..told him he would love the facilities and PBA..said he should take a visit and see for himself..definitely not stalking him it was a one night deal..but us brother martin crusaders are a family...a poor family after paying 25,000 in tuition but still a family. MandRHusker Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 Regarding UNLV being full, it sounds as if one or two more players may transfer out, thus making room for Cornish if he so wishes to commit to them. I read this on another site. Quote

I read this on another site. Â They seem to be a royal mess in terms of roster stability. Ben Carter is transferring to UNLV after he got bumped for playing time by a transfer from....UNLV. Quote
nuled2dance Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 I would opt for a more stable situation at Nebraska...but I wear red glasses Quote

hhcmatt Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 He was verbally committed in February. UNLV still sitting at 0 open scholarships with the transfer of Ben Carter Quote
TheKamdyMan Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 He was verbally committed in February. UNLV still sitting at 0 open scholarships with the transfer of Ben Carter Yeah just came here assuming people would see robins retweet. He's been committed for awhile but from what I've seen he's finally cleared. Quote

UNLV still sitting at 0 open scholarships with the transfer of Ben Carter Yeah just came here assuming people would see robins retweet. He's been committed for awhile but from what I've seen he's finally cleared.  The upshot of which is that if he hadn't cleared, it might have meant they had room? And him clearing means that's one more spot they for sure don't have to offer to someone else. Correct? Had he not been eligible Cornish could have been a replacement. So numbers wise he's been there but only in pencil. hhcmatt 1 Quote
TheKamdyMan Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 https://twitter.com/jonrothstein/status/464142863110897664 Is this old news too? That's the exact same tweet robin retweeted and there's two of these posted on the previous page. The commitment is old the signing is new. Quote
hhcmatt Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 This article might clear up some of the confusion if there still is any though I'm not sure it implies that the Rebs expect someone to transfer or they are recruiting in case someone else decides to transfer  It does seem like Cornish might have been a backup plan for McCaw Quote
PimpMario Posted May 8, 2014 Report Posted May 8, 2014 Do want. And when I read a recruiting thread you know it must be serious. Quote
hhcmatt Posted May 8, 2014 Report Posted May 8, 2014 I wonder if we'll ever become a school that hosts two guys on a weekend when we're full on scholarships  Quote
Natural9 Posted May 8, 2014 Report Posted May 8, 2014 Seagears is visiting on Monday, four days ahead of Cornish's scheduled visit. If Seagears commits on his visit, you really have to wonder if Cornish will still visit. Quote
