They are shooting 40% and 15% and have 12 TOs so we caught them on an off off night and are still letting it slip away.

We took the lead at 50-48 right.   So game was 24-6 after that?   But Illinois got ALOT of help after that point.

We scored 4 points over the next 3 minutes. At 4:28 it was 63-56.

 

We didn't score again.

Longest losing streak of the season now. We almost made it to February!

We did not take care of the ball in the 2nd half.  That said the refs made many questionable calls in the 2nd half especially when the game was close.  One time Walker went up for a shot.  The Illinois player went for a block with his arms at a 90 degree angle, no call.  The 2 charges were bogus.  Walker's 4th foul was bogus.  Griesel took a charge (at least as much as our team charged) before the foul on Walker.

 

Oh well, we were closer than I thought we would be.

This teams offense is bad enough but the turnovers jeez
