Preconceived notions. Husker hoops fans seem to have decided they hate this team prior to the season. Can't say I've ever seen that before. Usually it's the opposite. Like I said before, I think many of these negative nancys will fall in love with this team before too long.

Gary is going to be a very valuable player for this team but he can’t be are primary shooter/scorer. Have to find ways to get Wilcher, Griesel, Brando, Keisei good open shots.

Fred is so good cooling the players down after their stupid mistakes. Gets a lot of practice. By the way, that's the only thing he does even remotely good.

Last year, they beat Colorado but went on to have a….not so great season. Maybe losing will have the opposite effect and they’ll be decent.

I love the energy Denim Dawson brings to the floor.    Hope he develops the offensive skills to allow him to get significant minutes.    If Bryce McGowens played with anything near that kind of energy he could be all NBA

Just like how our exhibition loss to SIUE in Doc's first season didn't end up predicting a complete failure of a season.

 

(That day was an emotional roller coaster since that loss immediately followed the @A&M football win)
