i'm increasingly convinced this experiment's already over. 

and I suspect some of the principals already knovv, hence the effort. 

 

i hope i'm right. this is the lousiest program i've seen at NU in my adult lifetime.

Why not play the walk-ons?  Maybe they would provide some effort.  Effort, something one should never have to coach.

There is nowhere else to place the blame. Everyone’s enduring Covid. Matt A. has put together this roster. Fred and Co. haven’t developed any of the players. Sure the players make bad decisions, don’t play with defensive effort, switch off, and don’t rebound. But this pile of crap that we just watched is all on the coaches. If Fred stays, that will say a lot about how much the administration cares about NU BBall or how much money they have for a restart.

I'm going to watch every game I can the rest of this year.  That way I can be absolutely sure that it was the right decision to fire the best on paper coach we've probably ever hired.  My eyes are telling me everything I need to know.  We look like dead men walking.

I thought NW would beat us but not by this margin.  It’s embarrassing to the University, to the uniform that has Huskers on it, to the few fans at the game and to this state to see a performance so disgraceful.

I think maybe our fortunes may take a turn for the better if we get rid of that annoying "Buuuuud Liiiight" Commercial.
