I get why we're 2-7: two freshman posts, one of whom is 17 years old and neither of whom is really a post, 14 new players, no height, terrible FT shooting, etc.

 

But why is Michigan so bad? Good height, great talent all over the court ...

Yvan has had a very rough game against one of the more intelligent centers in the league. He's had a rough stretch of games. Hopefully he gets out of it. Reminding myself he's only 17.

I don't know what is a foul and isn't a foul anymore. Every time the ball is loose on the floor there is a ridiculous scrum and a jump ball called regardless, except when Nebraska gets on the floor.

Not our night.  I am not impressed with Michigan but they might play better defense than some of our other opponents.  I was hoping this might be one of those elusive wins.

Our effort since being up 52-50 has been disappointing.  We haven't gotten quality looks, haven't made anything, ugh.  Another L for another day.

Young, not talented enough, etc. Still need to be able to hang with and beat a slightly above average team missing 2 of their best players. Sorry, but very disappointed in tonight’s showing.

Was thinking the same thing. It feels like a "move on to the next game; let's move on with the season" type of effort.

Everybody's a nightmare matchup for a team that is undersized, under-experienced, under-talented and under the gun to win another game before the year ends. But we'll show up, I imagine.

We can't make lay-ups.  I got my hopes up after a good 1st half.  I should have saw we shot 50 % in the 1st half.  Knew that wasn't sustainable.
