We had to wait until the Sweet 16 to get some classic finishes, but man oh man have these games this weekend been fantastic!

Ughhh.  Purdue had that game.  Edwards had a magnificent game, but they sort of pi**ed it down their leg at the end.

I wonder what would have happened if they decided not to foul and just let the defense play it out.

Purdue, if Edwards returns, will be very good.  That Williams kid is very strong inside.  Painter seems to develop players.  Great game between two teams that competed to the last ounce of energy.  Glad to see UVA and Tony Bennett earn the trip.

Question, but when Virginia tipped the ball back across mid court, why wasn't that over and back?

good point.  I was in the camp that I liked the foul, but I am starting to wonder.

Sounds simple, but they didn't have possession of the ball.  To be over and back you must possess the ball in the front court first.

If you don't foul the worst thing that can happen is they tie the game and you don't have a chance at the last shot.

At the end, Edwards had gotten by his man just as he crossed half court.  I know they probably had a play set up, but he had space to pull up for a three instead of pass.  Too bad.

A battle of 2 shady coaches goes to Auburn.  Both teams probably have a larger player payroll than G-League teams.

Nice to see some different blood in the Final Four.  Bruce Pearl is questionable with ethics, but that team plays hard.  Overcoming the loss of Okeke was a triumph. One and dones are done.
