We have many players who have limited offensive skill.  Thor rebounded and kept the ball moving on offense, which doesn’t happen much with this team.  It would be nice to have a shooter.

Sure feel fortunate that the BIG allowed us into their conference.  We haven't done much for their brand other than Volleyball.

Him and James both, but that's likely a function of them trying to do more than they're able to make up for a loss. You have to stay within an offense, and that takes discipline that our guys just don't have. That's why Miles is calling them soft. But that's his job. 

 

Everyone that watches this team sees discipline break down, so you get that run and huck as every player tries to carry the team even though they really can't consistently do that.

Shooting 30% was enough of an embarrassment in itself.

Well, there was Amir’s one chance to take a jump shot and he didn’t do it. Hopefully the next coach puts an emphasis on recruiting guys that can actually hit a jumper. We have been void in that area far too long.

Those awful losses earlier in conference would have been nice to have been converted to wins.  Agreed Watson was dreadful tonight and Palmer strangely lethargic.

I'm still hanging in there and backing this team, whether it ends in a bit of hope or a tragic downfall.

 

But I think tonight, we just about lost all the casual fans. Home games are likely to be mediocre at best from here on out. The road to...whatever... just got even tougher.

We can, but I'm not sure the women's riffle team would want to lend away their national championship level team.

I know alot of ppl will look back and say man if only Cope didnt get hurt! 

 

But lets he honest we were trending downard before is injury and I honestly dont think he would have changed the outcome tn. Something went sour with this team really quick. They are a damn good team with 5 really talented players and some grinders. For whatever reason it has gone south. Copes injury was just the icing on the cake. Just really unfortunate.
