I'm actually curious to understand what methodology the committee came up with to do their seeding. Some of these games seem evently matched and some upsets were due to matchups with high RPI midmajors playing average powerhouse competition.

How were they able to review that play? Call me ignorant, but I didn't think you could review that play until toward the end of the game.
