Auburn = Under Armour

Oklahoma State = Nike

What am I missing here???

If multiple companies are involved then maybe they can only definitely trace it back to that specific executive/rep.

Here's the thing:  This situation is cutting across all the major shoe schools.

Everyone needs to be a little careful on this: especially if a school has a dramatic jump in the quality of recruits it's signing.

Nebraska, for example, has its highest-quality team in a long time, based on star rankings.

And any time a school jumps from making its way with mostly mid-major type of recruits to a much higher-level of recruit, people start wondering why and digging deeper.

You mean like Creighton being involved in the Bowen recruitment...and also lining up probably their best recruiting class ever for 2018?

Yeah, looks pretty suspicious to me also.

Do you believe that Nike and UA are innocent of these sorts of deals?

Absolutely not. Adidas was just the first to be caught in this undercover case (or at least the first to be publically mentioned).

I mentioned this in the other thread (which could be combined with this one) that the FBI is now investigating NIKE.

I suspect that UA and Nike are probably involved....but if UA is not involved, it might explain why they have struggled with their Basketball shoes.

"TheThe markdowns come as U.S. teens shy away from Nike and opt for rivals Adidas and Vans, according to a survey released this week by Piper Jaffray. Nike remained the favorite sports brand among upper-income teenagers, with 46 percent of respondents naming it. But that’s down from 51 percent a year ago. Affinity for Adidas nearly doubled to 11 percent and Vans, which is owned by VF Corp., gained 300 basis points to 12 percent."
