  1. Yikes. Best of luck to those involved. North Lincoln 35 mph= 30 mph. South Lincoln 45 mph= 55 mph. When driving in Lincoln, standard procedure is to turn on your blinker when you aren't turning/merging. When turning/merging, do not use blinker. Also, when driving at comfortable speed, remember to slam on your brakes for no apparent reason. Do this and you'll fit in.

  7. Tim Miles & Co. have, over each of the past two seasons, left one scholarship open and used it for a walk-on, and it appears that such actions each year were deliberate. Accordingly, we might need to learn from time-to-time to live with such an approach in the future as well, whether we like it or agree with it or not. So why did Peltz only get in the spring this past season and not the fall if they intentionally left it open and used it for a walk-on?

I have two Boston butts sitting in the smoker right now smoking away which will become pulled pork for my son in law and sons graduation party. They are graduating from Hastings College tomorrow. I have done the taste test and they meet my approval. The butts have been smoked with Hickory and marinated 24 hours with Fat Boy pork rub and a little brown sugar. The Fat Boy rub is made in Grafton Nebraska which is between Sutton and Fairmont. Served with the pulled pork will be southern style coleslaw, a homemade Eastern Carolina vinegar based BBQ Sauce, porked beans, and a variety of chips. The coleslaw will end up on top of my pulled pork. We will also have BEER and other types of BBQ sauces for those people who don't want to walk on the wild side.

  9. They aren't intentially leaving spots open. That is different than not finding the right guys they want to fill them with.

  11. The narrative will be that his parents only played for Nebraska because Creighton wasn't interested, so they spent four years in misery at UNL, dreaming of what it would have been like had they been able to play for the Jays instead. Now they want their son to live the Bluejay dream they never got to live so that they can experience it vicariously through him.

    Lue to Knicks?

Remember he played under Jackson in LA so there's a familiarity with him.

I was just about to say, this thread makes me wonder what's on the menu at Conlee's? About a month ago, we added a pork bacon burger to the menu. It's a 1/3 pound patty consisting of ground pork mixed with bacon. We add a brown sugar glaze, a fried egg, top it with bbq sauce and serve it on a toasted bun. It's great with one of our homemade sides--macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans or cole slaw. It tastes better than a topless girl in a Lincoln park on a cold winter's night.....
