Texas A&M (20-14) vs. Nebraska (23-10) Game Thread

I just can’t fathom being on this stage with this crowd and giving this kind of effort on defense. We haven’t done a single thing well defensively. We aren’t really contesting. We aren’t stopping the ball. We aren’t even taking away the dominant hand. Everything is easy.

Is our defense even bad? Or are they just insanely athletic and have the ability to moving elbow screen every play?

I have to ask, after 20 years of not getting moving screens called, is it even a foul?

what surprises me is that htis team knows how critical its defensive intensity is to its success by now. you'd think if there was anything they'd be dialed into, it would be that. this is the one thing I can never figure out about these guys.....

This is reminding me of when we played New Mexico State in the NCAA Tourney in ‘93.  We were scoring, Pike had 29.  But NMS was getting whatever they wanted on offense.

My thoughts exactly and remember NMS got their asses kicked the next game

At this point, I'm just cnfused as to what's happening....all I know is that in half a half they haven't cut into even a single point of a massive lead, and that tells me that A&M is basically toying with them like you dothe little brother trying to wrestle you and you just keep pushing their forhead and they can't reach you
