mwm89 Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 What a gritty hard-fought win. Back and forth and we threw the last punch. Big win! whoopdeedoo, Red Don, KLamp21 and 1 other 4 Quote
redsteve Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) SWEET !!!! They never gave up...even when the refs were killing their momentum. So many poor foul calls. But just a sweet win over a team that got ANOTHER loss to a scrub bubble team. Take that LB Gets my award for the top game /win of the season.... so far. Tinpanalley Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 One of the best games I have seen the Lady Huskers play, especially with all the foul trouble. We would not have won if it wasn’t for the excellent play by Annika Stewart. Wonder if the Michigan coach thinks we will be selected for the ncaa tournament HB, 12dozen and whoopdeedoo 2 1 Quote

KarlHessEatMy.... Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 Thank the lord she ate her words.. Guess Michigan is the bubble team!!! That is what you call a fight and beating 8 ppl on the court!!! 12dozen, Red Don, MontanaHusker and 2 others 1 4 Quote
Huskerpapa Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) Must say, my heart was in my throat at times. Lot's of ebbs and flows. If nothing else it proves we can win against anyone plus we have a resiliant bunch. Hey someone is in foul trouble, someone else steps up. We continue to come out in the third quarter and play spectacular. Someone(s) making some great halftime adjustments and the ladies certainly take to the coaching. As others have said...not bad by a bubble team! Edited March 5, 2022 by Huskerpapa mwm89, 12dozen, The Cornfather and 2 others 4 1 Quote
caveman Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 Weidner and Stewart really stepped up their games tonight to save our bacon. I seriously wonder if had someone as clutch as Haiby in the 4th quarter. Officiating was far to one sided for my taste. It seemed as if the refs were serious Hillmon fans. Other than that I really feel both teams played great save for Michigan's last shot. NUtball 1 Quote

colhusker Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 We should not be a bubble team. We have a pretty good resume. Quote

Since when can the bench challenge a call? Officiating in the women's game is so bad, so inconsistent. The Cornfather 1 Quote
