Here is the thing, it doesn't appear the staff was interested in him.  I assume an evaluation was completed,  but perhaps I am wrong with that assumption.   So we now move on.  He has chosen to play for Penny at Memphis.  Hopefully it will be good fit all around.

By the way, how did Akoy Agau do after transferring from Louisville to Georgetown?

Depends on expectations.   Far more productive than Okeke here and on par with Jordy

Man, I really didn't know.  I just looked him up and he averaged 5 points, 3.5 rebounds and .5 blocks per game for SMU.

Which is quite a bit more than Duby here and on par (slightly more points, slightly fewer rebounds) with Jordy

You mean Akoy as a 5th year senior was on par with Jordy as a sophomore?

Akoy's career scoring:  296 points in 4 seasons.

Jordy's career scoring: 278 points in 2 seasons so far.

Believe Akoy was a 4th year junior last year.   And I wasn't comparing careers.  I was comparing seasons, which was the OP's question when bringing Agau into it.

After akoy didn’t want us the first time you certainly can’t blame miles for not wanting him the second or third times especially w where his career was

Never said I blamed Miles.   I actually agree with him on passing on him the third time around.   I also wasn't the one who randomly brought Agau's name into the conversation either.

Wild.  Didn't realize that Penny Hardaway had David Wingett on the roster. Guess not for long, as it were.

I was honestly surprised he took him in the first place. Penny had been recruiting at a high level the second he hit campus. Of course he’s doing even better than people thought for his second class so he needs the scholarship for much better players.

Would have liked to see him at UNO, but this is a good spot for him.

I wonder if UNO has any ships left. They signed a JUCO G/F for 2019 and got a verbal from that Westside kid for 2020. Would love to see them snag Brady Heiman.

I'm not sad, SDSU has a baller from my hometown. Should be great to have Wingett and Scheierman with the Jacks.

I’ve always kind of liked the jackrabbits myself.  They have been good for Nebraska kids.
