What's everyone having for the Super Bowl?

To break free of the basketball lethargy for the rest of the day, I'll bring back one of Cip's favorite queries. I'm sure the Silverback will respond to this. I have just finished preparing my annual vat of chili. It has evolved over the years into something unique. Few recipes for chili include gorganzola cheese, raisins, and a cinnamon stick, but it seems to work for me.

We got snowed in today, so Conlee's won't be open.  Went looking in the freezer for something to throw together.  Found some lil smokies and cornish hens.  Got the homemade bbq sauce simming on the stove for the smokies.  Can't decide if I want to stuff the cornish hens or not.  All I know is the beer tastes good.

Gonna try some St. Louis style ribs. Would like to grill them but weather has forced them to oven for baking.

Smoked Sausage, Pork Butt, and chips n salsa.

Had the best smoked chicken enchiladas with Cips salsa on them. Snow measures just over ten inches in depth. I don't think that is how it is measured. tux

Fun fact #1 of the day: Tilapia is not a specific fish, just a type of fish. Fun fact # 2: Pimpmario was the only person in the United States who served it for the Superbowl.

I admit, I've been slacking lately when it comes to getting Cipsalsa out to the masses on this forum.  We need to come up with a contest where 2 or 3 winners get a quart of salsa.  Ideas, anyone?

Salmon is just a type of fish as well.

And I bet talapia was used a lot for fish tacos by people around the country especially in the southwest.
