He's one of the best halftime shooters I've ever seen. He doesn't seem to know how to tap into muscle memory when the action goes live. C.J. has a shooting motion that is dependent on having confidence. It relies on making shot after shot when the vibes are there. So, it appears to me that when he's "on," he is really in for a good night. He reminds me of Dachon Burke in that regard. It's not really sustainable in the Big Ten on a nightly basis, too much room for 'getting thrown off'! Confidence continues to be shattered by missing FTs and/or bunnies, it seems. Quote

I hope he is able to shake it and play with confidence and joy like KT and others. That being said, if CJ continues to play like this, he has to have his minutes diminished big time, especially sing Sam H is giving us much more Yeah. It is tough. He who hesitates is lost. And friends he is lost. I thought when he reinvented his body this off-season, he was ready to step up big time. Hasn't happened. Faux Mike Peltz and Handy Johnson 2 Quote

Not in this game, unfortunately. Somebody I was sitting next to in press row was counting his shots at halftime and said he made something like three shots the entire time he was counting (missed 20+). Couldn't even get a make to end on. He's in a tough spot right now (which is putting Nebraska in an even tougher spot considering the lack of other options). I purposely watched him the last two games and he's been on fire at halftime. He doesn't hit them all, but he hits a lot of them. I can tell you for sure that he hit three in a row this last game and those weren't the only three he hit. Quote

You can borrow that line. Quote
