I just looked up some assists % the past few years.

 

2013-14 42.3%

2014-15 47.4%

2015-16 48.5%

 

I found it interesting we keep increasing that total.

Funny reading through the game thread.  There are a lot that love to post when things are going bad.  Then we go on a nice run, take the lead, and BAM a few posts about how things are going nice. 

 

I guess I should be used to it... happens every year.

not at all it's the fire miles he has had four years he wont get any better etc. i dont have any any problem the grades because most of you guys know basketball. I just get tried of the anti miles stuff every game. I dont consider you a troll and if i get band so be it.

This team is gonna win games it shouldn't win and lose games it shouldn't lose. Every big win, people are gonna praise miles and and demand an extension and every lose will question if he's the guy for the job or not. All I know is that until miles cannot recruit talent here anymore, i will always have my faith in him

Hopefully that second half gets the teams mind right. Start of the Big Ten schedule is very favorable for us. If we play well we should be able to win 4 of the first 6 games. Have to protect home court.

Fair point - I've yet to call for Miles's head. As I really like the players he's brought in and I appreciate his openness to the program he's allowed. But I've got a lot of issues so far with the basketball side of things. Just wanted to clarify what you meant, because I would grade us very poorly - yet I don't consider myself a troll or a fire TM guy.

I don't think we'll see zone for awhile, unless Northwestern runs it.  That should help us.

My hope is that the non conference answers more questions than it leaves. Unfortunately there are many questions left unanswered this year. Let's hope Miles can find answers for them over the break. I still have high hopes for this team. Looking at the schedule i really only see about 4 games that I would consider miracles to win. There are A LOT of winnable games and my Christmas wish is to have a very memerable Husker Hoops season

Guys, DePaul is terrible and right now they're WRECKING #20 George Washington 58-40. Sometimes bad happens in Basketball. As Aaron Rogers says, R-E-L-A-X!! We'll be fine.

College basketball is FULL of upsets this year.  Shoot... an Oakland team just went toe to toe with MSU.

The first half was fugly.  But the last 19 minutes of the game was MUCH better.  The qualifier, the team we were playing was terrible.
