OT kind of Big Mascots shake it off and my kids reaction

So the big Ten recently put out a video of the mascots dancing and stuff to the Taylor Swift song Shake it Off.  I sent it to my wife knowing my kids would like it because of the mascots.  Well she sent me a video back and as a dad I cant say how much it brings joy to me.  Anyways she posted it on Youtube and its taken off.  Since Monday afternoon it has 6000+ views and we were contacted by kathie lee and Hoda about possibly playing it on their show.  Pretty crazy but wanted to share it here.

My kids' reaction: Kamden just turned 3 in Sept and Kenley turned 1 last week.

Enjoyed the post. Also made me realize that NU seems to be the only school with two official mascots-so I guess we've got that going for us.

It's just that one of them is horrible.

For some reason Lil' Red is my favorite. I still laugh out loud when he jumps on his head.

I know I'm weird. :)

My brother was real good friends with the "Original" Lil' Red.  Back in the late 90's when he came out it was great, but it is getting old now

I know I'm weird. :)

The head-jumping is the only good thing he does, and that schtick got old a long time ago.

 

But it's true the kids like him; that's why he's there.

Does anybody else still have the glass from the gas station that has this on it? Good times man, good times.

 

I remember my grandpa had them but I couldnt tell you what happened to it when he passed.

Wish they could teach it to the guys who use the men's restroom at conlee's.  The cleaning I have to do........

 

 

Maybe add a T.P. dispenser & trash-can at all urinals! lol

My wife makes wooden signs by profession.  She made this one recently for a client, you could always get one. :)
