I thought this post by LSEHusker deserved to have its own thread:

"The Cornhuskers' top point guard target, four-star Watson pushes Nebraska to No. 21 in the 2015 247Sports Composite Team Rankings and No. 5 in the 247Sports Composite Big Ten Team Rankings."

Add Ed Morrow Jr. & the Huskers' class of 2015 reaches top 15. GBR!

That would start garnering even more national attention from not just the media but from potential recruits. Especially considering the time frame within which it was accomplished by Miles and his staff.

Didn't one of Barry's classes hit the top 20?  I seem to recall he had one pretty strong recruiting class.

His best class was probably the one with Nate Johnson, Wes Wilkinson, Jason Dourisseau, and Roy Enright.  Roy made some lists of top players as a HS sophomore but apparently didn't continue to develop.  But he was a name in recruiting circles at the time he committed.  And Nate was a juco All-American who came here because his girlfriend (and future wife) was playing here.

Best recruiting class at Nebraska since???

If we pull in Ed Morrow, there's no question it'd be the best since Strickland, Woolridge and Boone, all of whom were among Street and Smith's top 100 players (back in the days before Rivals rankings.)

Yeah, people were calling that a top 5 class.

Top ten if Morrow (with a 91% chance of coming here) signs with us...

There are still a lot of uncommitted prospects, so I assume that number could swing back and forth quite a ways before all is said and done.

I agree with this as I think Nebraska drops because of the point scale some of these players hold will swing some teams but its impressive nonetheless to be in the conversation.
