I was channel surfing, however, when I watched this game the shooting % appeared to be more a factor of the Wisconsin defense rather than a joke of a Norse offense. Wisky looked very good on D...

Actually, Creighton also looked better than I expected this early in the year! (I am not trying to imply Wisky class mind you...but they looked better than the prophecies of 8th in their league.)

Central Arkansas may be the worst team in College Basketball this year. So hard go gage CU

This is true, KenPom has them #341 out of 351 total teams.  To put it in a bit of perspective, Mississippi Valley St. is #346 and Indiana beat them last night 116-65.

Also, I could be wrong, but I thought I heard somewhere that they have ONE returning player. One!

Games that are worth watching...

Penn St is only a 3-point favorite against Charlotte.

Iowa is a 6-point underdog to Texas.

Indiana is a 3-point underdog to SMU.

Losing only two conference games tonight would be acceptable, losing only one would be great. Losing three would hurt. Non-conference games are so key for RPI purposes down the road.

Anybody not impressed with the individual player development going on at Iowa?  A lot of those guys are the same players they were the last 1-2 years.  I've watched a lot of Gesell being a Nebraska boy and being in the B1G now and I can honestly say he is pretty much the same player he was towards the end of his freshman year showing very little improvement year to year.

I think the same can be said for Woodbury, Uthoff, and Oglesby (he's always been pretty limited).  I really haven't seen the jump I would be expecting from those guys.

Indiana with a big win at home against SMU.  James Blackmon Jr is really good.  Best frosh I've seen thus far in the conference.  25 points tonight, kid can stroke it from 3.
