I do not understand how Lat received the flagrant and the elbow to Thor did not.  Overall I will not criticize the refs, but those two calls were abhorrent.

Except it wasn't the same play.  The goon ran into Lat and then faked it on the first play, Thor actually caught the swinging elbow the rule is supposed to eliminate on the second.  Both calls were garbage.
