So I took advantage of the time between NCAA selection and NIT announcement to get my smoker all cleaned up. Firepot vacuumed out; cooking grids gleaming; everything ready to roll.  Now, just need some meat to smoke.  Thinking brining some spatchcock chickens for next weekend. Or maybe some pork butt.
