We played a piss poor half of basketball.  Bad ball.  Yet, we are only down by 4...flippin lucky shot.

What's worse is that we're just trying to get the ball past half court to set up a play and the shot clock is down to 15 seconds. Then we start passing the ball around the perimeter.

Anybody got a made shot chart? Seems like Iowa either made lay up or a 3...not anything farther than 4 foot out to 3 point line.

Get the ball inside, force them out of the zone.

 

That said, I don’t know why more teams don’t go zone against Tim.

offensively, we scored 40. i'm fine with that output. i'm not fine with our defensive effort, because it's telling me we're not hustling very hard. 

Iowa on pace for almost 90, although that prayer heave probably makes it more like mid 80s. 

 

we have to tighten up defensively.

If we just stay in front of him and make him work to get downcourt or pass the shot would have to be even luckier.
