Bad news is Minnesota's got a real good shot at breaking 90.

I'm wondering if Andre's confidence is just shot at this point, no pun intended. You're right, no one's feeding him in his normal spot, and that can't be a confidence booster. we need to find a way to get him some points.

i'm hoping we play much better defense so we don't have to shoot 80 percent to win.

Well, there is no way we can stay as hot as we were...I am hoping the same for the Gophers...but many of their shots were second chance shots or inside the paint bunnies.  We need to defend better, we need to rebound, we need to cut turnovers and we need to stay close to 50% in the second half...and oh yeah, we need to hit our free throws...there, that sounds pretty simple.

Looking at the shot chart, of Minnesota's made field goals in the first half, only three came from outside the paint.
