Not saying I wouldn't want this type of talent.   But I worry when Roy Williams questions his work ethic.  But if you put 5* talent with a heckofawork eithic, then the kid could be pretty special.

Him with a year of sitting out, working out, practicing, and creating chemistry... Could possibly be our best transfer story yet. Roy said at the beginning of the year that he could be their most talented guy.

He didn't really pan out but we recruited this PF from KC

Certainly not a great player...but someone to keep in mind if in fact Jordy or Copeland do leave.    He's a better player than Abraham or Okeke was.

Parker Stewart from Pitt is transferring.  Big time shooter and would sit with 3 to play!

We almost landed him before

Don't know...but I'd be focusing all efforts on the front court with any open spots I have right now.

If this juco kid they’re after, and one player leaves, which is probably likely, there should be room for both. We need more shooters badly, too.

Won't disagree that we could use a shooter....but between Watson, Allen, Johnson, Palmer, Akenten, the new guy and Thor...I think we can piece something together there.

Front court....Roby is legit, but should be a 4.   Copeland is skilled, but not a great defender or rebounder and am not holding my breath there.   Jordy isn;t very good and has already tried to leave once.   McVeigh isn't very good as a shooter or front court player and may go home.   Platteview kid isn't ready.   Borchardt shouldn't be logging big minutes on too many big ten teams.  Razor thin here already.   And thats if we catch all the breaks

Hopefully Allen will find himself again.  I think he can be a big answer to our 3 point needs, just needs to gain some confidence and experience.  He should be better next year.  Too bad about McVeigh.  He's a really good three point shooter, except during actual games.  :(

Based on what I've read here and elsewhere, this seems to be true of a lot of kids we've recruited.
