Agree.  We were pushing it early with great success.

Good effort in the 1st half.  Obviously, struggled against the zone.  The main reason is that we stopped being aggressive.   When they were in man, we tried driving to the rim.  A little tough to do that when they're in zone, but you can't sit around and throw the ball around for 25 seconds to force a bad shot.

 

Went 5:30 scoring 1 point.  Happy to only be down 3.

We cannot walk the ball up and expect to win.  Perhaps the zone caused us to do that, but unless we get back to our earlier game, it is going to be a struggle.  Our game plan had to be to push the ball.  Why did we decide to change?   Perhaps we are deaking them.  Perhaps we will come out in the second half pushing tempo again.

I wonder if part of it is because early on we were rebounding a lot better, and out letting to our guards.  Then we started getting be on the offensive boards.  Also, IU started heating up.  But I'm with you.  Gotta push it as often as we can.  Don't let them set up.
