Never said you couldn't. I don't care where you think it belongs. That's your call not mine. But YOU ASKED why it was relevant to us. So don't get bent out of shape when I answer. I put it here because it's my opinion that it's very relevant to us. We play them. It's a part of our non-con schedule. It just turned a game that would have looked very good for us, into a game that will be difficult. We play against him and as such....it's relevant to us. Also trying to figure out why you responded in the thread about Burke and Hardaway going pro and didn't seem to have a problem with that one being on this board and not the other? Why the double standard?

Debateable. It's relevant to us. Why is it relevant to us? He plays for another team so it should go in the other team file. Now tell me how I'm wrong and we can all get our pants in a knot. Correct me if I'm wrong here...but does Creighton and Nebraska play each other each year? Assuming that is correct, I would think that arguably the best player we'll play all year deciding to come back as opposed to leaving is somewhat relevant to us in the manner that it implicates our schedule. The Creighton game just got a lot more formidible as opposed to if he would have decided to leave. His presence could very well be the deciding factor in that game I give up because I know this will end about 10 pages from now and it ain't worth it. But could you lighten up a bit there Francis?

If he's projected as a 2nd rounder, it wouldn't make sense to leave. I'm just not sure he'll improve his draft stock coming back. Especially when they lose to Nebraska next year.

Struggling to see what the difference is between me posting a thread about McDermott staying and you starting one about Burke and Hardaway leaving. Seems to be quite the double standard. I didn't start the thread because it dealt with Creighton hoops. I started it because it has an impact on NU hoops. That game just got tougher for us next year.

It is silly that no one seemed to be bothered that we were talking about other B1G guys leaving on this board and it was okay, but if it is a Creighton player, all of a sudden there is an uproar. OMG, CREIGHTON!!!! GET IT OFF OUR BOARD!!!1

Long time Huskerhoops fan,I can remember listening to games from the late 70's. I may be a first time season ticket holder, but have followed this great site for years and other sites before this one. The reason I finally bought season tickets is I' m at a time and place in my life where I have the time to go to the games, nothing worse than buying tickets and not using them. Go Big Red!

Work is blocking this so will need to see it at home later today. Yeah at least I have something to look forward to, that is besides my beautiful wife. ...I don't know, I spend my time trying to figure out what type of lotion is in her hand Probably the same brand used back in high school........

The "band wagon" fans can be annoying to a degree, but at the same time, the more, the better. This is just me talking, but sometimes when those fans that come for only the "big" games come up and sit by me it can be a bit annoying at first....but then once the game starts and the crowd is at 13,000+ and the Devaney is rocking I don't even think about those fans. I just think "Man, this is a great atmosphere." Plus, what a great recruiting tool for Miles to be able to say "We have sold over 13,000 season tickets so far, and we finished 10th in the Big 10. Can you imagine the atmosphere as we turn this thing around?"

Other threads whose topic was primarily Creghton-centric have been moved to the College Basketball folder...ones who discuss topics at least as relevant to how it affects NU basketball (and the state of basketball in the...state...overall). dimes has a pretty low tolerance level for topics of discussion straying from the Huskers in the Dungeon. He stated that during the offseason he would loosen the reins a bit on that, but in general, I would refrain from starting threads that deal with Creighton hoops in the Dungeon personally. But that's just me...

Because I don't even remember what I wrote at the beginning of this thread. But to each his own. Dude I don't need any help making myself look stupid. But as I said if we keep this up we can fill 10 pages and We will both look kind of foolish so I'm done you win, talk about it here all you want.
