Yes. To me It's a combination of a good defensive scouting report having the guys in the (most of the time) right places and the guys playing with great heart on defense

I will agree with that for the first half.  I would mix up the defenses, not always double team the post, play some zone, and then show a little press at times in the 2nd half.
