I thought at first the officials were going to call a tight game.  After the first couple of minutes, they have let it become physical, and quite frankly we have not handled it well, with the exception of Shavon.

We have held RI to 25% shooting including 0-11 from 3 pt range.  We have forced 8 turnovers.  Those numbers would suggest we be up by 10 + points. 

 

Of course, us shooting 31 % from the floor, 3 - 5 from the free throw line, gave up 9 offensive rebounds, gave up 10 2nd chance points, and turned it over 6 times, we should be down 10 + points.

 

Maybe, it's fitting to have a 4 point lead at halftime.

A question/statement: are we even in this game last year this early in the season? I think we are more mature and much better at defense now so that we are still in this and probably win it even if it is ugly, ugly, ugly.
