He had 11 double doubles this past season... 4 coming against NCAA tourney teams and another against SMU. Best game appears to be against Texas where he went for 23 PTS and 14 REBS.

Sounds like he grew up in the D.C. area, so maybe Kenya can work some magic.  Though it doesn't appear that Georgetown ever recruited him.  He moved to Florida his junior year.  Interesting side-note is that his parents now live in the Davenport, Iowa area - so maybe he'd be interested in a Big Ten school like us.

 

His other offers out of high school included George Washington, George Mason, Seton Hall, Georgia, USC, VCU, and Washington.

Considering Temple won like 9 games all season and considering we're like 1 big man away from potentially really making some noise, it seems like a match made in basketball heaven.  A guy like that would make us a contender.  Just need to add a dead-eye shooter to that mix.

Boy, he sure looks like a perfect fit, huh? I guess a big guy who can score and rebound would be a great fit for anytime (LOL), but he would see more minutes as a Husker than just about anywhere else IMO.

A lot of wishful thinking.  He's at a position of need and there's been a lot of talk about Nu needing a senior transfer to put them over the top.

I'd be very surprised if Iowa State isn't involved.  Hoiberg loves transfers and Lee's family lives in Iowa now.  And they lose Melvin Ejim after this year.

Wouldn't be surprised for Iowa state and iowa. Wishful thinking, yes. He would be a big difference maker. ISU losses a lot. As does Iowa.

Yeah, I have no idea what he is thinking or what the rumors are, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up at "Transfer U" aka Iowa State. Hoiberg has found a recipe for success in getting guys to transfer to Ames for a year or two.
