I'd kill to see a shot chart from these two games.  They're all coming from 5 ft or less.  Just terrible defense and coaching.  I'm sorry.  Refs aren't our problem.  Our gameplan and execution are.

Defense is a joke. Miles has work to do. A lot of work. Scoring 70 isn't gonna fly when we're giving up 80-90 + cause we cant stay in front of anybody or secure a defensive rebound. Just painful

This is embarrassing. Miles and Co. are getting absolutely out-everythinged down there so far.

I posted this concern a while back.  Miles is going to have to play guys that want to get stops.  And figure out a way to make them succeed on offense.  We have no chance if we are going to give up layups all day.

I think he's played about everyone worth a poop...and I haven't seen anyone who wants to get stops. Maybe Benny Parker, but he's like 5-7.

Benny is the only one who has had some defensive coaching, and it came from his high school coach, I'm guessing.

If MIles wants to improve this defense signficantly, he'll do what UAB is doing and not let his players play d outside the three point line.
