Minnesota (14-14) vs Nebraska (17-11) Game Thread

Bugeaters was nice enough to let me take a stroll down memory lane.  It's always fun to do a game thread. 

 

I have a very strong feeling this team has a run in them to finish the season that no other Huskers team has ever had. Sure, we won the Big 8 tournament, but we petered out. 

 

So many years, so many disappointments. Not this year. GBR!

As frustrated as I've been at times with the team this year I don't think there's been a single time since I've been a fan (probably early to mid 2000's) where we were anywhere close to in contention for back to back NCAA tournament appearances.

Last time would’ve been when we got snubbed in ‘99. Last time it actually happened was 93-94.
