Looking at the Big 10 standings I noticed not all the Big 10 teams have played the two games...??  I thought all teams were scheduled for 2 December games.   Seems a bit unfair for not all teams to play 2 games in December or maybe that's just me.  I feel like either all the teams should have a mandatory two games in December.  Maybe its not a big deal..

From what I understand— the teams that don’t play 2 games will have one less “bye” period after the New Year.  So they get their “bye” period in December.

This is a statement that ends in a question mark, not a question.  Which is fairly ironic in light of your thread title.

 

Also, I am trying to wrap my head around ending a sentence with an ellipsis, question mark, and second question mark. Might I recommend a semicolon next time?

I think it's the lull of a 8-day break in the scheduling of games that cause the pedantic overtures.
