Hey Bugeaters, hope this is alright that I step in. You normally have a game thread by now, so I thought I'd pinch hit.  Hope all is well!

 

I went to the deep cuts for this video, but it is so appropriate for Husker men's sports.  GO BIG RED!

When I first moved to Mpls I lived right across the street from Williams Arena. The first game I saw there was vs Purdue & Glen “Big Dog” Robinson. There won’t be anyone like that on the floor tomorrow but I think Wilcher’s due for a BIG game & hopefully a Husker W.

I didn't expect us to be favored, but I believe this will be the first time we've been a favorite in a B1G game at tip since March 1, 2020, at home vs NW. (Lost this one)

 

Don't think we've been favored in a true road game since Feb 2019 at Illinois. (Lost this one, too)

 

Don't believe we've won outright as a road favorite since January 2018 at Wisconsin.

 

Time to put an end to some of these streaks.

Yeah. The rust is obvious.

Not a big fan of this lineup. Tominaga and Wilcher can’t really be out there together, defensively

Why put Keita back in this environment when he’s coming off a 3 game absence and he wasn’t exactly looking that comfortable before the injury?

We won't win if we don't start playing harder than Minnesota. Bandoumel and Walker look relatively lazy so far today.

Evidently we forgot our bread and butter recipe for success.  (Hard work and defense)

 

WB has been a pleasant surprise these past few games.  He’s coming into his own.
