It feels like the Big Ten will never fully accept Nebraska as a full standing member. NU will be a Jr. League member up until the point the Cornhuskers dominate their counterparts. And I have a hard time believing that will truly happen.... it sux.

And we continue to invent new ways to be terrible.

Three good quarters followed by a horrific five minutes to start the fourth quarter.

3-9... 3-9... let it sink in.

The last time we had 3 or fewer wins (aside from Frost's two seasons of 3 wins) was 1961.

The last time we saw 8 losses in a season (aside from Riley's last year) was 1957.

The last time we were 5th or worse in our division (aside from Riley's last year) was 1967.

The last time we hadn't made a bowl game in five straight seasons was 1961.

These aren't historic program records we want to be breaking.

this is just a poorly coached football team.

they had this game under control. one punch in the mouth from the predictably rancid special teams again, and then the whole staff watches helplessly as the wheels come flying off. Again. For the 9th time.

Talent's there. Nothing else is.

One more year of this crap before we get out of the kiddie coaching pool.

I'm at a loss.  You have to try to lose games in this fashion.   How hard is it to find a coach that tells the players to block a defensive player on a punt?  We didn't even touch the guy!!

But don’t worry, Scott Frost believes it’s just a specialist problem. That’s it. 🤣

I'm a glutton for punishment.  Here's a look at went wrong in each of our losses

Illinois : missed 2 XPT, a safety, a roughing the passer on an interception (Illinois ends up with a TD), a fumble returned for a TD  Mistakes cost us 18 points, in an 8 point loss

Oklahoma : missed 2 FG's, a blocked XPT returned for 2 points.  Mistakes cost us 9 points in a 7 point loss.

Michigan State : Defense held MSU without a 1st down in the 2nd half.  Punt return for a TD.  Interception in OT.

Michigan : Fumble with 2 minutes left led to Michigan FG

Minnesota : Trip at the 1 yard line on 4th and 1 going for the tie.  Missed FG.  Missed XPT.  Safety Mistakes cost us 13 points in 7 point loss.

Purdue : 4 picks including a pick-6.  Lose by 5

Ohio State : 2 missed FG's.  Lose by 9.  Ok with this loss and Michigan

Wisconsin : KOR for a TD.  2 Int's leading to 7 points for Wisconsin.  Mistakes cost us 14 points in 7 point loss

Iowa : Blocked punt for a TD.   Safety.   9 points by mistakes in 7 point loss.

Our leading rusher was Adrian Martinez with 525 yards on 133 carries.  That needs to be fixed.

QB's were 170 - 658

RB's were 300 - 1325

WR's were 20 - 191

Need to find a RB and stick with him.

Do you think Iowa made adjustments?

Nebraska 1st half 27 carries for 110 yards

2nd half 15 carries for 18 yards

Iowa's QB's make Martinez and Smothers look like All Americans.

Kansas football currently has the opportunity to get as many wins as Nebraska had this season (21-21 3rd quarter vs. West Virginia.

Let that one sink in for a minute.

Leipold won't have to move far next year when we replace Scott with him then.
