Lots of exposure from Sunday's game. Now we finish the right way and this can open some doors to more higher rated recruits.

I could sorta argue with you a bit about this; but I get where you are coming from.  Two of the three recruits we have coming in next year are fairly high level recruits, one of them, may be one of the elite players in the class.

That said, playing and winning in front of a sold out arena on national TV certainly can't hurt 😁

I watched the game on Peacock.  Michigan played fairly well but Clark came out on fire and stayed that way most of the game.  Besides her 49 points she had 13 assistants.  It was a real love fest for her.

I assume the #1 baby names in Iowa are now Caitlin (girl) and Clark (boy).

I watched too. I had high hopes in the first quarter, but Iowa got a little space and it was over from there. Now that I've seen Clark in person, it's so obvious how much of a complainer she is. It's EVERY call. Last night, she even threw her hands up when they called a line violation, and she was trapped against the sideline. She absolutely thinks she can do NOTHING wrong, and it's annoying.

I would say Clark has gotten the benefit of calls for a long time, well before her time at Iowa. Hence when something does not go her way...well we have seen it time and time again.

Not gonna happen at the next level.

Per On3 news release...

Former Nebraska women’s basketball player Ashley Scoggin filed a lawsuit against the school amid allegations of an inappropriate relationship with former assistant coach Chuck Love.

“It arises from a professional coach initiating a sexual relationship with a student-athlete on his team, and from the response of the University of Nebraska and its athletic leadership to the confirmation of that relationship,” the lawsuit read.

Love resigned from his position as associate head coach back in May of 2022 after a three-month suspension. Scoggin departed the team that February and currently plays for UNLV.

Scoggin also named Amy Williams, the current head of Nebraska, in the lawsuit. Not only that, athletic director Trev Alberts is also named.
