I know some think he is gone with another good season, but could they at least get him listed as a junior and not a senior?2 points -

Thank you for your interest in discussing this topic over here, we could use some thoughts from fans of your feather from time to time and welcome civil discourse. Hopefully you can keep that in mind when sharing thoughts. I, for one, will give almost anyone the benefit of the doubt before running off shouting troll. Having that said, the thread you are referencing is a really poor example considered thought and fair debate...it's mostly geared towards creating any logical fallacies necessary to convey some kind of irrational and blind hatred towards anything Huskers. Which is kind of sad really. The occasional joke or humorous jab is to be expected, goodness knows we do our share of it over here, but really...a 100+ page thread that has been running for almost two years now (and which, by the way, is as far as I can tell by far the longest thread there) is pathetic. But here's to a quick return to hoops season. I hope you guys lose all your games in embarrassing fashion! 100+ pages of calling another fanbase delusional? Oh, the irony... They're not delusional Miles, they're just really really focused!1 point -

The report really has me excited to see just how much each team member has improved. It really sounds like Terran had no problem scoring.1 point -

Thanks for posting, Row 6. That bundle of personality in the middle of the front row with the hat on is Jasmine Cincore. Very impressive young lady. To her right (facing the camera) is Natalie Romeo, and to her left next to Hailee is Emily Wood; both are outgoing and articulate. To the left of Emily Cady is Kaylee Page, and to Kaylee's left is Chandler Smith. Both are very well-spoken and personable. Chandler grew up on a ranch in eastern Washington and wants to explore greater Nebraska. The last newcomer is Darrien Washington, on the far left of the photo next to Tee. A true 5; she provides some size in the post we haven't had in a few years. This staff recruits character; when meeting the kids it jumps out at you: These kids have good parents.1 point -

adidas Nations Correct. Terran and Shavon are college counselors there right now. Keanu Pinder is also there as an international player. The college guys work with the high school guys. They also scrimmage each other as well as a scrimmage against the Adidas contracted NBA counselors in attendance. I asked Robin if he could contact one of the guys thats a big time NBA scout that has been at the event the whole time and was tweeting about the games to get some thoughts on our guys.1 point -

In the articles I have read on Gaskins, nothing tells me he has an attitude problem. Bought a car by working at a fast food restaurant so he could live in said car and attend community college to become a mechanic. This after the Air Force didn't work out for him (injured in basic training and honorably discharged). Works through the JUCO route to get to D1 attention after being noticed at a local gym, makes it but leaves the team mid-season and then goes missing for days a couple months back? This screams of underlying mental health issues, not an attitude problem. Actually seems the kid works hard and just has trouble maintaining stability in pursuit of those goals. That sort of cycle is quite indicative of poor mental health. You're probably right Vinny. I have no idea. Just concerned about team chemistry.1 point -
Against Ivory Coast today: "Corey Webster continued his impressive efforts on the buildup tour with 13 points (5/15 FG), three rebounds and two steals while younger brother Tai Webster chimed in with 10 points (4/6 FG), four boards and a pair of assists" in "a 79-55 victory over the Ivory Coast and take their record to 2-0 in the four-team tournament in Shenzhen, China."1 point

Who cares, that's better than an open scholarship. Miles tried recruit him out of JUCO last year, so he obviously saw something he liked. You're taking the two sentences as one. I'm saying it won't materialize as I have a feeling he doesn't end up at NU not because he is just a warm body. He's had a lot of personal issues. Do you risk taking on a player that left his last team and was recently a missing person in June to maybe get a few minutes a game? I'm sure they will do their due diligence but this one is one where I'd be ok missing out on him. If he's immediately eligible you think about roll the dice. Wait a year? No way. I'm with you all the way Kamdy. The Huskers just went through motivational and business training using Jon Gordon's book "The Energy Bus". If you read the book, Gary Gaskins could be a classic "Energy Vampire". This is someone who's attitude robs energy from everyone around them, a bit like Deverell Biggs. One bad egg can truly ruin a team. One of Miles formulas for success is strong team chemistry and lots of energy. I'd rather leave a scholarship open than risk disturbing the strong bond we have among the current team members.1 point -
Did we see this article on here yet? Pretty strong pro-Nebraska quotes by Ed. He makes it sound like we are in great shape as of now. http://zagsblog.com/articles/edward-morrow-sets-official-visits-to-iowa-nebraska/1 point

Top 200 player in the country. Hes a niche player that can be used in multiple ways. Was also getting offers in football as a TE. Iowa is said to have been close to offering as early as today per BR and other teams were on the verge as well. Extremely bright young man and seems to fit the mold of person Miles has gotten lately with guys like Fuller, Smith, etc. OWH says others schools were involved....Drake,Brown,Indiana St, Northern Iowa and Leigh. Football offer from Iowa St. Also says his Twitter account shows him with his arm around Mark Mangino. I guess he does have a big wing span!1 point -
