lol I was actually very impressed w our free throw shooting improvements at the end of the season.

Just my poor attempt at humor. Not a knock against the coaches. Although I don't think there is a lot to coaching free throws. Just repetition. Now if you have a coach who can coach free throw defense, you got something.

Don’t know if in my decade+ of being a husker fan if I’ve seen us get/have a big guy with anything close to those kinds skills on the low block.

Maric had a strong post game.  Derrick Chandler also had a nice post game, but that goes back a number of years. 

So did David Hoppen and Andre Smith.

Kimani Ffriend deserves a mention 

For as much flack as he took, Jorge Brian Diaz wasn’t a bad post by any means.  He definitely had his limitations, but his back to the basket game was pretty good.

Venson Hamilton could play.
