Mo Watson out of year with torn ACL.  I dislike Creighton as much as the next guy but you never want to see injuries happen.  By all accounts he seems like a really good kid as well.  Hopefully he can recover and have a solid professional career.

I think we just play them once, and it's there. Doesn't look like the cakewalk of last year.

Rutgers held NW to 25 points in the 1st half, IIRC.

 

I'm starting to wonder if there is something going on the rims on that end of the court?  Maybe, they just play harder on defense in the first half.

Well, this game was at MSG, so probably the latter. Or teams come into games underestimating Rutgers, they take advantage in the first half and teams come back after halftime with a better mindset.
