So he has visited Nevada now right? that should be all 5 of his visits. How long until the decision is made?

He said in a recent interview that he wants to make a decision by the end of March... so 14 days or less. Mid-April is the latest he has to decide.

I'm sure you guys know this but just because a guy has taken all of his official visits, that doesn't mean he couldn't take visits on his own dime if he wanted to.

Oh great that comment just put this thread over the 50 page mark.

Atewe retweeted this from our favorite coach, Adam Barnes. Looks like a new video. Pretty cool. Looking more and more like Atewe is inching toward lock status. Of course by retweeting this he probably means there's no chance of him commiting here.

@coachbarnes1: Another great video from @CoachMiles! There is something special brewing in Lincoln - don't miss out! #Nebrasketball http://t.co/OD2ckRzt6w

I like the sounds of this article. Maybe I am reading too much between the lines but I like this paragraph:

The four programs left on his list will make their final pitches with in-home
visits. Auburn will be in to see the Toronto native on Sunday, followed by a
visit from Nebraska later in the week. Atewe said either Charlotte or Nevada
will get a final in-home visit with him as well.

Sounds like it is between us and Auburn. And I like having the last visit between the two of us! This paragraph makes it sound like Nevada and Charlotte may be on the outside looking in when the decision is made!

New update on Atewe. In-home visits coming this next week. Sounds like this is going down to the wire. Seems like Nebraska would be the no-brainer with the most to offer Atewe, but then again it doesn't sound like he cares if he has attention or plays in the biggest spotlight. I guess we get to find out how well Miles and company can sell the program.

Sounds like hes narrowed it down to 3 without really saying as much as he expects Auburn, Nebraska, and either UNCC or Nevada to finish out his in home visits.  Im still going with Atewe telling my friends hes gonna look good in red as gospel until he breaks our heart and makes the longest thread on our new recruiting portion a bust.

Wow. the one school I was worried about was Charlotte because Atewe seemed to really like Vandross a lot. If he's not even sure Charlotte is getting one of the in homes I'm thinking he's a lock to us here.

I'm probably more concerned about not ever seeing Tai Webster in red than I am about not seeing Matthew Atewe in red at this point.

Why? Webster signed his LOI.

I believe he's talking about the possibility that Webster decides to stay in NZ and not play college ball in the US. I've heard nothing to support that this might happen, but it was odd that less than a week after that NZ coach talked about how he felt they could prepare players better than US colleges could, Webster tweeted out: "Life just got a whole lot harder now. #atacrossroadsagain"

Hopefully it's nothing, but it was kind of a weird tweet.

Par for the course for NU hoops if Webster doesn't come to NU.  Hopefully there's no fire to that smoke.
