Have other former Huskers been all stars?  Erstad?  Tim Burke, maybe?  Bob Cerv?  The only one I can come up with is possibly Ken Harvey when someone from the Royals had to be picked.

To be fair, Wahoo Sam Crawford and Grover Cleveland Alexander would also be on this list if the All Star game had been played prior to 1933. and to keep this basketball relevant, I think Doc Sadler saved Kevin Costner's child in Field of Dreams, although I may be thinking about some other doctor.
