Excellent shooting half.  Our defense has not been great and we need to keep them off the boards.  Giving up a 6-0 run at the end is not good.

 

Rimdal was on fire and is subbed out, Petrie hits two threes in a row and goes to the bench.  I guess we don’t believe in milking the hot hand.

 

Glad to see shots falling and Alexis working well inside.  Our interior defense could be better.

Yes a rested team and a great first half. Now we need to finish.

That's one of the things that bothers me with Coach Williams.   Basketball  101  says if a player is hot, you try and them the ball, you don't take them out unless they are tired or in foul trouble. This is something that Williams always seems to do.

What I think was more impressive was the work of Bozan and Petrie. Those two pretty much controlled the boards in the second half

All the bigs performed well as I thought Hargrove did a lot of good things, too. All-around great effort. Glad Markowski could get some rest in the 4th, as well.
